RAV 4– Free Fuel for a Year Promotion

The RAV 4 Get Free Fuel for a Year Promotion is applicable to Private or ABN customers. Offer available on any new or demonstrator RAV 4 purchased and taken delivery of before 31 December 2024 at

Southern Highland Toyota, Moss Vale, NSW and cannot be used in conjunction with any other advertised offer.

Each customer will receive Free Fuel for a Year to the maximum value of $1,250. The prize will be provided in fuel cards at the time of delivery.

Southern Highland Toyota reserves the right to amend or extend the offer and terms at any stage.

The Promotion:

Southern Highland Toyota (the promoter) is running a promotion where customers who purchase and take delivery

of their new RAV4 before December 31st 2024 will receive free fuel for a year.

Eligibility

1. Valid for all retail buyers in Australia

2. Excludes fleet, government and rental buyers.

Offer valid dates:

3. Offer valid on new & demo RAV4 vehicles purchased between Tuesday the 10th December, 2024 at 8:30am ADST and Tuesday 31st December at 5pm ADST.

4. RAV 4’s purchased outside of the above dates and delivered within the above dates are invalid.

5. The time of purchase in each case will be the time the purchase is entered into the promoter’s database, not at the time of transmission by the entrant.

6. The promoter will accept no responsibility for any late, lost, or misdirected purchases including delays due to technical disruptions, network congestion or any other reason.

Claiming the offer:

7. Customers will need to purchase and take delivery of a new or demonstrator RAV 4 between December 10th  2024 & before December 31, 2024.

8. Customers can only claim the ‘Free Fuel for a Year offer” once per RAV 4 vehicle purchased.

9. Customers will receive their offer after taking delivery of their vehicle.

Number of Entries Permitted:

10. Entrants can receive one (1) entry per vehicle, no maximum of entries.

Prize on Offer:

11. Fuel for a year - Prize value based on average of 12,100km and 5.6l/100km.

12. The prize will be awarded on delivery and provided in gift cards to the maximum value of $1,250.

13. The prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash.

14. The prize is non-refundable.

15. The customer must comply with all the terms and conditions of use of the prize and the prize supplier.

16. The prize must be claimed by the customer by January 31, 2025. If the customer does not acknowledge that they have accepted the offer by that time, the offer will forfeited by the customer.

Further Terms and Conditions:

17. The promoter reserves the right to amend, cancel or suspend the offer if an event beyond the control of the promoter occurs including the corruption of fairness, integrity and administration security.

18. The promoter has no responsibility for any error, interruption or delay in claiming the offer.

19. If the promotion is not capable of running as planned for any reason or causes beyond the control of the promoter. The promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the promotion.

20. The promoter reserves the refuse the offer to the customer if they are unable to satisfy these terms and conditions.

21. By claiming the offer, the customer accepts these Terms and Conditions as in force at the time their first purchase is submitted.
